Do you need an experienced, award-winning PGA Club Professional to:
1) Be your golf facilities “PGA Pro for a Day” and conduct a morning and afternoon clinic for your Members, do Private Golf Lessons, conduct Ladies, Juniors and other specialty golf clinics and train your staff at the same time so your facility has more effective lesson programs that will grow your business?
2) Meet with your golf operations staff and facilitate a planning session that will result in new or improved goals and the committment to achieve them, both professional and personal. The staff will determine who will accomplish what and by what date, after the various options have been evaluated. Does your golf operations staff view their job as part of a career, and their ability to perform in that career as the most valuable asset that they have? Does the golf operation have a definite system in place to get great the variety of things done that need to be done during the business day? The main thing I need to do here is to LISTEN as each operation is different and all of the key staff bring a different set of assets and liabilities.
3) Lead a meeting of your key customers to sell them on the value of creating an exciting Junior and Family golf program at your facility. This is done by showing everyone the step by step process used by award-winning junior golf programs, from the introductory meeting, the sign up process, the parent volunteer structure and training, clinics, play days, parent-child events, the year-end tournament and awards banquet.
My fee is only $700 per day plus travel expenses. (JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER SUMMER SPECIAL ONLY $575 per day plus expenses.) In Florida within driving distance – only $399 for a half day (4 hours) plus expenses. Let me know what you are looking for so I can determine if I can help.
